Order Processing Times
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed through my shop.
You have the option to select upgraded shipping at checkout - this will help move your package through the USPS system more quickly. Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not impact my processing time. If you’re in a time crunch, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and I’ll see what I can do to help.
All packages ship via USPS. Shipping cost is determined by what type of shipping you choose at checkout. Domestic orders over $50 ship free of charge. I currently ship to the US only.
**IF YOU ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS**: Please message me as soon as you realize the address you entered is incorrect. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee that I’ll be able to change it because of how quickly I try to process the orders I receive. Labels are printed with the address input at checkout, and I am not liable for packages once I ship them out. Triple check your address before placing your order!
USPS has been experiencing delays, so your package may take longer than normal to arrive, or you may notice your tracking number shows little to no movement on your package. Please allow up to 4 business days for your package to be accepted by USPS. Once I drop off at the post office, I have no control over the speed in which your item is shipped. If you experience delays or your package goes missing, please contact your local post office.
Returns & Exchanges
To keep my prices affordable, I cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this time. I am more than happy to answer any and all questions about sizing, care, and materials before you purchase to ensure that you’ll be 100% satisfied with your new earrings!
While I take extreme care in making sure all pieces are structurally sound before shipping them out, life happens. I will accept returns and issue refunds only for items that are defective due to my own error within a week of your delivery date. Please send photos to email@example.com of the damaged items. Note that not all inquiries are subject to being accepted for a refund and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
In the event that your earrings arrive damaged due to USPS, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org, and I will help you file a claim with the post office.
Because I process orders as quickly as I can, I cannot accept cancellations past two hours of payment.
